01THE ASSIGNMENT
Build the foundation for measurable growth.
North Shutters needed to make a broad range of shutters, doors and outdoor systems easy to understand and turn that interest into a clear next step. The project now brings together the website, Facebook lead generation, social media management and Odoo CRM, with Google Ads and active SEO/GEO promotion being prepared for the next stage.
02THE SOLUTION
The website, social presence and lead follow-up work together.
Designed and developed a lead-generation website around nine product systems and four application paths: residential, commercial, industrial and outdoor living. The launch structure included city pages, product and solution pages, canonical URLs, an XML sitemap, LocalBusiness structured data, FAQs and direct quote and call paths. The scroll-led hero demonstrates the shutters moving across a home façade. I now also manage Facebook lead generation and the social media presence, connecting product explanations, project content and campaign messages to the website. Behind the inquiry, an n8n integration delivers connected Facebook form submissions into Odoo, creates a follow-up activity and sends a separate Telegram notification. CRM stage changes are also passed back to Meta through the configured outcomes integration.
03THE OUTCOME
Website, Facebook & CRM launch
The website is live, Facebook lead generation has started and social media management is underway. The connected Facebook forms now have a working route into Odoo and Telegram, with delivery and duplicate handling verified in controlled tests. The next stage is the launch of Google Ads and active SEO/GEO promotion. Campaign efficiency, qualified-lead volume and sales results will be added as verified data accumulates.
CRM & OPERATIONS
From a Facebook inquiry to an Odoo follow-up.
North Shutters shares the Odoo development project with Factory Lane. Each company keeps its own customer records, opportunities and access rules. For North Shutters, the first connected workflow links Facebook acquisition to a structured follow-up process, while measurements, field service and the wider operational rollout are being developed in stages.
Connected and testedFacebook forms → Odoo
Connected lead forms send contact details, qualification answers and source information through n8n into the North Shutters CRM workflow. Intake creates a follow-up activity, while duplicate handling prevents the same submission from creating a second lead.
Connected and testedTeam notification and follow-up
A separate Telegram notification accompanies CRM intake, making new inquiries visible to the team. Odoo keeps the customer context, the assigned owner and the next activity together so that a form submission has a clear follow-up path.
Delivery verifiedCRM outcomes → Meta
Configured CRM stage changes are returned to Meta through the outcomes integration. Controlled tests verified event delivery and API acceptance. Campaign optimization and performance improvements will be assessed separately as real campaign data develops.
Phased developmentA shared platform, separate company workflows
The wider Odoo roadmap covers versioned measurements, installation work orders, role-based installer access, contracts, invoices, materials and customer communication. These capabilities belong to the shared Factory Lane and North Shutters project and are being introduced through a phased rollout.
Connected lead intake is one completed part of the wider CRM project. It does not mean the full measurement-to-installation workflow is already in production, or that campaign efficiency has been proven.
